Q: What are the collections & why did we create them?
Everyone wants their wedding to look amazing, but the truth is, styling your big day can be a challenging, time consuming and costly endeavour. And even after all this, it still may not turn out exactly as you’d hoped. Luckily, our collections are here to help.
Understanding that the styling process can be a little daunting without experience, our stylists began curating collections based on popular styling requests. These collections are meticulously designed styling packages that can be booked in as a whole. They’re visually stunning, deliver a cohesive look every time, and alleviate common styling stresses. Simply add some florals and your own personal touches, and your wedding styling is done! We even suggest sending your florist and cake suppliers a link to the collection after you’ve booked, so they can base their arrangements on the same overall aesthetic of the day.
If you’re not 100% in love with a collection, you can use it as a starting point in your styling journey and take advantage of The Wedding Shed’s full styling services to further customise your day.
Q. What happens if you only want a part of the collection, or your venue has included furniture that you would like to use?
This is not a problem at all, our collections are completely customisable! We understand that some venues offer free to use furniture items and you may want to make the most of them on your wedding day. Send us a list of the pieces your venue is providing, and we can edit the collection around these items for you.
You might also notice that our collections are divided into sections based on the items in the package that will be used during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. This means that its possible for you to style these spaces differently, or only style the ceremony and reception spaces for example. Just let us know what you’re after and we can customise any collection, to work for you.
And don’t worry, if you change your mind about the items you’ve removed, its just as easy for us to add the pieces right back in.
Q. How do you add some personal touches to your chosen collection to make it your own?
Factors like the service providers you’ve selected, the venue you have chosen and the space available will all have a hand in determining how your collection appears on your special day. All of these factors are specific to you and your wedding, so they do give the collections a personal, customised feel.
However, if that’s not enough we can definitely help you add some personal flare. Our advice is to start with the finer details and pops of colour.
A great way to do this is swap out the napkins and cushion or candle package in your collection to another that matches your bridesmaids dresses or groomsmen’s ties, or simply just reflects your favourite colour. There are so many eye-catching colours and textures to explore.
Unique florals are another exceptional way to personalise your collection. Choosing something fun and unusual is always sure to create a point of interest.

Q. How do you book a full style collection & when would this be suitable?
The good news is, once you’ve fallen in love with a collection, booking it in couldn’t be easier! Simply click the button below to see all of our collections, choose your favourite, scroll to the bottom of the page and send through a request for a quote using the form provided. This can be the entire collection, or a slightly adjusted version of it with a couple of pieces added or removed. Keep in mind, when booking this in, you will need to have your venue booked in and have an estimate of your guest number to ensure your quote is accurate.
Hassle-free and consistently spectacular, a pre-designed collection may be just what you’re looking for.
